Shipping

We are based in Caraíva, a beach town near Porto Seguro in Bahia in the Northeast of Brazil. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and will usually be shipped within 3-5 business days and may take up to max 10 days to arrive. If you find a grain of sand in your package it is because we are located right on the beach. Caraíva has no roads, no cars, only sand streets. We cross a river by canoe to get to our car to then drive to the shipping center. It is an adventure, part of our story and lifestyle we very much love.

Returns

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that we do not work with exchanges or returns for Sales Items.
